Membrane Filters
Membrane filters are precision-manufactured, microporous filtration discs used for sterile filtration, particle analysis, and microbiological testing. Made from materials like cellulose nitrate, nylon, PVDF, PTFE, or polyethersulfone (PES), these filters provide high flow rates, uniform pore sizes, and excellent chemical compatibility.
Commonly used for water analysis, air sampling, and sterilizing solutions, membrane filters are available in various pore sizes (0.2 µm, 0.45 µm, etc.) and diameters (13 mm, 25 mm, 47 mm, 90 mm, etc.) for compatibility with lab filtration systems and vacuum manifolds.
